Refund Policy
Last updated: May 13, 2026
The short version: All purchases go through Apple. If you want a refund, ask Apple. We will not contest reasonable requests.
How refunds work
Heida is sold exclusively through Apple's App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for every purchase, which means Apple — not FlowStack LLC — processes payments and handles refund decisions.
To request a refund:
- Open a browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Find "Heida" in the list of recent purchases
- Tap Report a Problem and select the appropriate reason
Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Decisions are at Apple's discretion under its standard App Store refund policy.
The 7-day free trial
New users may try Heida's Pro features free for 7 days. No charge is made during the trial. If you decide Heida isn't for you, simply don't complete the purchase at the end of the trial — there is nothing to refund.
Our position
We aim to be reasonable. If Apple denies a refund and you have a legitimate concern — the app didn't work as advertised, you were double-charged, etc. — email hello@heida.app and we will advocate on your behalf with Apple where appropriate.
What we can't do
- Process refunds directly. Apple has the funds; we don't.
- Issue partial refunds.
- Refund purchases made on a different Apple ID than the one you used to contact us.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protection (e.g. EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), those rights still apply and are exercised through Apple.
